Office Admin and Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer

Hartford Hough is the Office Admin and Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer for McDowell Properties. Hartford came to McDowell Properties as a temp, and as his direct supervisor Chuck Koslosky has said, “was the longest interview I ever conducted.” Hailing from New York, Hartford is responsible for day-to-day operations within the San Francisco office while interfacing and working with other team members at the McDowell Acquisition, Asset Management and Accounting departments. He also handles expense reports, investor database and vendor maintenance and other responsibilities as directed by the CFO.

Prior to joining McDowell Properties, Hartford has an extensive career in Food Service Management and worked within the hospitality and foodservice industries for many years. He also believes that excellent customer service can be filtered into real estate management while dealing with investors and a wide array of vendors. This makes his position both challenging and rewarding at the same time.

A recently published author and passionate animal lover, Hartford is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University.
