Ekos Allegro is a 160-unit, new construction project located in Naples, Florida that will provide desperately needed workforce housing to households making between 30-60% of the Area Median Income. The project's total Development Cost is $45M which is being financed with 4% LIHTCs, Multi-Family Revenue Bonds and SAIL/ELI financing. KeyBank Real Estate Capital and CREA have partnered to provide the debt and equity respectively. The project commenced construction in January 2022 and is expected to deliver units Q3 2024.

The project consists of one five-story elevator-serviced building and a free-standing clubhouse providing residents with access to amenities such as a fully equipped fitness center, game-room, media center, cyber-café, bocce ball and pickle ball court and swimming pool. The property will offer well-appointed one- and two-bedroom apartments with spacious kitchens incorporating granite counter-tops and tile back-splash, upgraded LVP flooring throughout, walk-in closets and washer/dryer hook-ups in all homes.
