Mr. Gonzalez brings a strong track record in the affordable housing sector, having previously served as Controller at Centennial Management, a Miami-based affordable housing developer, and as an Asset Manager at Truist Bank, where he managed a portfolio of LIHTC assets across the Florida market.

Mr. Gonzalez holds a Master of Accounting from Florida International University.
