As a Development Associate at McDowell Housing Partners, Annika Pašeta is responsible for participating in all aspects of the development lifecycle including site selection, feasibility analysis, financing applications, due diligence, design, vendor procurement, entitlements and permits, and closing coordination.

Prior to joining McDowell Housing Partners, Ms. Pašeta worked in residential condominium development and construction throughout South Florida.

Ms. Pašeta holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Builders Association of South Florida (BASF), and a United Way Young Leader.
