As Director of Finance at McDowell Housing Partners, Josh Anderson is responsible for leading all deal related finance and underwriting functions for all projects, including deal structuring and modeling, negotiation of all financing documents, and review of financing applications. Mr. Anderson is also responsible for all Investor / Lender relationship management.

Prior to joining McDowell Housing Partners, Mr. Anderson worked with various affordable developers in all facets of development with a focus in Finance, while managing team members, more than 30 different financing sources on over 33 unique deals (~5,000 units) throughout multiple states.

Mr. Anderson holds an Undergrad in Public Financial Management and a Masters in Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington.
