As Senior Accountant at McDowell Housing Partners, Angele Henry is responsible for all project accounting and reporting from pre-acquisition through stabilization/conversion. This includes managing project cash flow, and the construction draw submission and funding process.

Prior to joining McDowell Housing Partners, Ms. Henry spent six years in the real estate industry in both public and private accounting gaining experience in four sectors: Investment, Affordable Housing, Market Rate Multifamily, and Industrial. Ms. Henry worked as a Development Accountant at Conifer Realty, LLC in Rochester, NY and was responsible for all project accounting and reporting from pre-development through stabilization/conversion including managing project cash flow and the construction draw process.

Ms. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida and a Master of Taxation from Georgia State University.
