As Senior Development Accountant at McDowell Housing Partners, Kevin Ewing is responsible for all project accounting operations, managing project cash flow and the draw submission process.

Prior to joining McDowell Housing Partners, Mr. Ewing worked as Development Accountant for an affordable housing developer based in Florida and was responsible for: Full accounting operations from Pre-Development to Stabilization, preparing & submitting monthly draws to various institutions for funding & troubleshooting funding issues with lenders and managers.

Mr. Ewing holds a Finance degree from Barry University and will complete his Master’s in International Real Estate in Summer 2026 at Florida International University.
