As Asset Manager at McDowell Housing Partners, Marina Cisneros is responsible to oversee the financial performance and operational efficiency of our property portfolio. Marina collaborates closely with property managers, regional managers, and the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, manage monthly accruals and reclasses, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Prior to joining McDowell, Marina served as Accounting Manager at Atlantic and Pacific Real Estate, where she led a team responsible for full-cycle accounting, financial audits, and compliance across multiple markets. Marina was also the primary coordinator for all accounting functions related to lease-up properties during the transition from development to operations, ensuring smooth financial integration and reporting alignment.

Marina holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida International University.
