As a Senior Construction Manager at McDowell Properties, Jake Bender is responsible for managing construction projects on the Westcoast of Florida. Responsibilities include support of preconstruction efforts for project pursuits, coordination with the GC and design team throughout the duration of the projects to ensure timely delivery, monthly cost reporting/forecasting, quality control, and project closeout.

Prior to joining McDowell Properties, Mr. Bender served in construction management roles with national General Contractors in the commercial, multi-family, senior living, and affordable housing markets on projects with a combined construction total of more than $300M.

Mr. Bender holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
