McDowell has 100% ownership of Breakers at Windmill Lakes and purchased the property with value-add opportunities in mind. The property provides stable cash flow and was purchased during a recovery time in Houston, after the impact of Hurricane Harvey the year prior and several other large storms. Improvements slated for this property include modernizing interiors, revitalizing common areas and enhancing amenities. Additionally, value will be added through adding yards to units.
