Ekos City Heights

Ekos City Heights is a 179-unit, new construction project located in Austin, TX that will provide desperately needed workforce housing to households making between 30-80% of the Area Median Income. The project's total Development Cost is $42M which is being financed with 4% LIHTCs, Multi-Family Revenue Bonds and RDHA funds from the City of Austin. Wells Fargo Bank N.A. and Wells Fargo Community Lending and Investment have partnered to provide the debt and equity respectively. The project commenced construction in April 2021 and is expected to deliver units Q4 2023. 

The project consists of one five-story elevator-serviced building with a clubhouse providing residents with access to amenities such as a fully equipped fitness center, community room, BBQ grills, business center, bocce ball and swimming pool. The property will offer well-appointed one- and two-bedroom apartments with spacious kitchens incorporating granite counter-tops and tile back-splash, upgraded LVP flooring throughout, walk-in closets and washer/dryer hook-ups in all homes.
