Ekos at Arbor Park

Ekos Arbor Park is a 136-unit, new construction project located in North Port, Florida that will provide desperately needed elderly housing to households making between 20-70% of the Area Median Income. The project's total Development Cost is $40M which is being financed with 4% LIHTCs, Multi-Family Revenue Bonds and SAIL/ELI financing. Wells Fargo has partnered to provide the debt and equity respectively. The project commenced construction in September 2022 and is expected to deliver units Q2 2024.

The project consists of one four-story elevator-serviced building and a free-standing clubhouse providing residents with access to amenities such as a fully equipped fitness center, game-room, media center, cyber-cafe, bocce ball and pickle ball court and swimming pool. The property will offer well-appointed one- and two-bedroom apartments with spacious kitchens incorporating granite counter-tops and tile back-splash, upgraded LVP flooring throughout, walk-in closets and washer/dryer hook-ups in all homes.
