Ekos at Arbor Park II is a 66-unit, new construction project located in the City of Northport, Sarasota County, FL, that provides affordable family housing to households making between 30-70% of the Area Median Income.  The project’s Total Development Cost is approximately $28.6M, which is being financed with 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Truist will be providing Construction Debt and Equity. The project will commence construction in Q3 2025, Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) is projected to be received Q4 2026.    

The project is a garden-style development with a ~7,300 SF Commercial space. The property offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments with spacious kitchens incorporating kitchen islands, stainless steel appliance packages, granite countertops, tile backsplash, wood-like plank flooring throughout, walk-in closets, and washer/dryer hook-ups in all homes.
