The development was financed with 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits issued by Florida Housing Finance Corporation and purchased by Truist Community Capital, along with construction financing provided by Truist Bank, permanent financing originated by Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, and a HOME loan provided by the Pasco County Community Development Office.
