Ekos at the Preserve

Ekos at the Preserve is an 84-unit, new construction project located in Irving, Texas that will provide multi-family affordable housing to households making between 30-80% of the Area Median Income.  The project’s Total Development Cost is approximately $15M which is being financed with 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits.  Wells Fargo Bank N.A. and Wells Fargo Community Lending and Investment have partnered to provide the debt and equity respectively.  The project commenced construction in July 2021 and is delivered units in Q4 2023.  

The project consists of three 3-story walk up buildings and a clubhouse providing residents with access to amenities such as a fully equipped fitness center, media center, playground, gazebo, and swimming pool. The property will offer well-appointed one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with spacious kitchens incorporating granite counter-tops and tile back-splash, upgraded Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout, walk-in closets and washer/dryer hook-ups in all homes.
