Ekos Creekside is a 160-unit, new construction project located in Naples, FL, that provides affordable family housing to households making between 30-80% of the Area Median Income.  The project’s Total Development Cost is approximately $64.1M, which is being financed with 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax-Exempt Bonds, and SAIL funds. The project is scheduled to commence construction in Q3 2025, with Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) projected for Q2 2027.    

The land for the project was acquired by Collier County using its Workforce Housing Land Acquisition Surtax funds and will be developed under a 99-year ground lease with the County.

The project will feature one 7-story concrete residential building and a standalone clubhouse that provides residents with various amenities. The property offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments with spacious kitchens incorporating kitchen islands, stainless steel appliance packages, granite countertops, tile backsplash, wood-like plank flooring throughout, walk-in closets, and washer/dryer hook-ups in all homes.
