Ekos on Santa Barbara

Ekos on Santa Barbara is an 82-unit, new construction project located in Naples, Florida that will provide desperately needed workforce housing to households making between 30-80% of Area Medium Income. Collier County partnered with MHP on a 99-year ground lease and provided the land for the project. The project's Total Development Cost is $25.4M which is being financed with 4% LIHTCs, Multi-Family Revenue Bonds and CDBG Funding.  KeyBank Real Estate Capital and CREA have partnered to provide the debt and equity respectively.  The project commenced construction December 2021 and delivered units Q4 2023.

The project consists of two three-story concrete garden-style buildings and a free-standing clubhouse providing residents with access to amenities such as a fully equipped fitness center, game-room, media center, cyber-cafe, swimming pool and children's playground. The property will offer well-appointed one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with spacious kitchens incorporating granite counter-tops and tile back-splash, upgraded LVP flooring throughout, walk-in closets and washer/dryer hook-ups in all homes.
