Southpointe Vista Phase I is a 124-unit, new construction project located in Goulds, Florida that will provide desperately needed affordable housing to households making between 30-70% of the Area Median Income. The project's total Development Cost is $50M which is being financed with 9% LIHTCs, Miami-Dade County Surtax Funding as well as traditional permanent financing. The project began construction in Q1 2023 and is expected to deliver units in Q4 2024.

The project consists of one, ten-story elevator-serviced building with onsite amenities such as a fully equipped fitness center, game-room, media center, and cyber-café. The property will offer well-appointed one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with spacious kitchens incorporating granite counter-tops, tile back-splash, upgraded LVP flooring throughout, walk-in closets and washer/dryers in all units.
